I have been bringing my 2010 Prius for service since I move here from Melrose, Ma. last year. My Service Advisor Mr. Albert Cruz, was outstanding in taking car of my car and me. Because of him, when it was time to buy a new car, I came back to Maroone Toyota. When I arrived on Monday 3/19/12, I was greeted and told me that someone would be with me shortly. Mr. Hussain Khan came over and I explained that I would like to look at a Rav4. I told him that I would be trading my wife's car in. We went through the normal back and forth haggling and finally agreed on a price. I told him and Ed (? the closer) that I will go home and talk to my wife. Ed said that we did not need my wife. I explained the the title is in her name only. Ed said that we can take care of that later and we don't need to bring my wife back with me. I went home and talked it over with my wife and agreed it was a good deal. I came back and told Mr. Khan I would take it. I was waiting for my turn and I met Mr Steve Cohen V.I.P. Manager. We talked for awhile and he told me if I have any problems to contact him. After some paper work, I went into the finance office. Went through the normal finance stuff and at the end he gave me a paper for my wife to sign her car over to me. I also had to bring back the Title for the trade in. I told him that I would be back tomorrow to pick up the Rav4. He told me that I would be taking home with me. We went to another window and he got a new Tag and registration. When my Rav4 was out side, Mr. Khan and I went out to inspect it and for him to show me all the features and how to use them. He then showed me a green Toyota Purchase / lease survey. He ask me make sure that I gave him all excellents. He stated that if I only gave him good marks, his pay will be cut. I did not like being told that I might be taking money out of his pocket!! I left and went home. The next morning (3-20-12) I went to my insurance agent to change it to the new Rav. She asked me why I have a new Tag on it and not the old one that was on the trade in. She said that we had just registered our cars in Dec 2011. She said that a new tag cost me more than a transfered one. She could not understand why they issued me a new one. We had just paid over $350. for it. "Why would your wife have to sign over her car to me", she asked? She told me to go back and and use the old plate that was on the trade in and put Marie's name on the Rav. I told her that was what I was expected to happen. I drove back to Maroone and went to see Mr. Cohen, I told him what was happening and he said he would fix it. He asked if Marie was available and I said yes. He told me to bring her back and I said ok. We filled out some new papers and were told that they will issue my old plate to the Rav, but it will take some time. I said ok. 3-21-12 I received a call from Mr Khan around 10AM, while I was driving to Wellington, but I could not understand him because the Bluetooth was cutting out. He said for me to call him later. I called back about 1PM and told him about the problem with the phone, he said he was with someone so could I wail for about 45 min before comming over. I said ok. I got there about 2PM, I asked the receptionist for Mr. Khan. she called him and said he would be over. I took a seat and I saw him coming over to the receptionist but did not stop and went out the door. She called him again and left a voice message. It is now 2:45 so I asked when is he comming? She call him again and said to me that he has stepped out. I saw that Mr Cohen was in his office and spoke to him. We walked over to the counter and I asked if I could talk to him, she called him (Mr. Khan) and he told me that never received a call that I was waiting for him. Both Mr Cohen and the Receptionist could hear him say that. She was mad that he said that. Mr Khan told me that he would find me someone to help me. I told him no thank you. Mr Cohen brought me out to the service dept. to Mr Cruz (my service advisior) he made a call and a tech came out and had it fixed right away. How funny is it that I started this process because of Mr. Cruz and 3 days later it ended with Mr Cruz. Over 3 days I have made 5 trips back and forth to your dealership and spent around 12 hours with your personnel !!! I still have to make another trip to get my orignal Tag put on the RAV4 This is totally unacceptable. A lot of this could have been avoided if I was told that my wife was not needed to be their and the rush everybody was in to sell the car. Remember, I said that I would like to pick up the Rav the next day, Quality not speed is important to me In closing I must tell you that if it wasn't for Mr. Steven Cohen, I was going to return the car and go somewere else. He is asset to your dealership! He went above and beyond for my wife and me. He should be the one who receives the commission on my sale. If there was a way to clone him and Mr. Cruz, you would have the A-Team. SALES AND SERVICE that cares about you first and then the car! Purchased a car. We had our own financing but for some reason, we were sent to Billa Majeed, (Financial Services Mgr). Once we got to him, we knew why. He then wanted to argue about changing it back to ours. I wanted to leave but I knew my wife wanted the car. Got a very short emailed apology from dealership GM. Our salesman, Gabriel seemed like a good guy. But I wouldn't go back there if it was 1/2 price. We took the car in for it's first service and all they did was (Hopefully) change the oil. Any other problems weren't fixed because they didn't find it to be a problem. All of them are still there. Throughout the talk with the service "advisor"-in between all the lies, he mentioned several times that they even washed the car. Car was covered with dirt when it came in and looked the same when we got it back. Very bad experiences with this bunch. I wouldn't go back and neither should any of you. It's interesting that another person on here said almost the same thing as me...Gabriel was his salesman too and of course Billa was Finance Guy. More

The two Salesmen are very business minded and BEST sales men to deal with. Their salesmanship would have exceeded expectation if there were good communication between them and the accounting dept on money t men to deal with.
