Ricardo Salas manager of sales is very famous for low balling and creating fake pricing. He tries to get the client off the other dealers by giving a low price and then once you go to him he is very unpr balling and creating fake pricing. He will raise it even higher than most of the dealers out there in the market. Some one has warned me not to go there but i still went and realized my mistake. When I sat with Eli and outlined my desires,price range and personal criteria, he went straight to work searching for the perfect car for me. The Finance Manager added a Lease Wear & Tear (USD 599) that I specifically rejected. Salesperson was more interested in selling another car to my companion than to address my needs. In addition, it took more than six hours from the time I choose the car, to sign the contract. We were approached before even opening the car door, after pulling into the lot. After being greeted we were walked across the entire parking lot to find out they didnt have what we wanted or anything c after pulling into the lot. Ironically, he never even asked what we were looking for, other than a tundra. During the scenic tour the sales person answered his cell phone 3 times and another 2 on the way to the office, most of the calls were clearly friends of the sales person. He answered the phone with "what's up" and "bro I am with customers right now". After getting into the office, we were told to "wait here". As we over heard Carlos tell the sales person in the office next to us that we had come in looking for used but we didn't like what they had, the other gentleman said, " So what are they looking for?" Carlos replied with an I don't know. The other man ended the conversation with, "So you are dumping these people on us?" When Carlos returned to the room we promptly told him we didn't want to be "dumped on" anyone and we left. If you are looking for everything except professionalism, courtesy and work ethic than this is the dealership for you. More

Pulled the old bait and switch. Had ads on TV, radio, and internet touting new 2012 Camry's for $17,777. Minutes before making a 65 mile trip to the dealership, someone who called herself "Faith" assured me internet touting new 2012 Camry's for $17,777. Minutes before making a 65 mile trip to the dealership, someone who called herself "Faith" assured me that they had the car for that price, she even stated it was an LE, reminded me that the dealer fee was included (as the ad stated), and urged me to make the drive. Less than 5 minutes before arriving, "Faith" called and asked if I was going, to which I responded that I would see her in a few minutes and she agreed. When I arrived and asked for "Faith" (probably a code for them), they stated,"Oh, she doesn't work in this building, she works 'over there'". I was assigned another sales person, whom I told what I was there for, and she proceeded to show me other Camrys that were priced several thousand higher. After wasting 2 hours of our time, she admitted that they did not have the car quoted in the ad, and it was obvious they never had it for that price. She insisted on showing me the invoice which was several thousand over their ad price to prove that the whole deal was never really possible. For weeks after that, they continued to run the TV, radio, and internet ads...and they lowered the price another $77 to $17,700. Must be a very effective (but illegal) tactic. Nice! More
I bought the car on 4/01/12 I had to bring the car in 5 times for service before I even made my first payment. This was an alleged certified per owned. The car did not have a recall done on it, the brakes were not replaced or turned. They did he recall without my knowledge, during which they put a whole in my carpet and tried to blame it on me... I had to take the car for service a week later for a water pump and and then two weeks later for $2100 worth of parts cause 3 lights came on and the car left me on the side of the road... They had he car for a total of 12 days in total... All before my first payment.... I went to meet with them to discuss this and I got the "well you bought a used car" certified preowned means nothing to them which they pencil whip the 160 point inspection... These guys are crooked and on e they have your money they are done with you.... Never again will I deal with these guys.... I am going to bring more media attention to this, cause god knows how often they do this to people and get away with it.. More
