I followed up on a radio commercial and sent in a request for information through the internet. Frank called me in a few minutes, answered my questions and offered to show me a vehicle later that day at my for information through the internet. I had not come prepared to purchase a vehicle so Frank arranged to hold it for me until later in the week and when I came in he had the vehicle ready and got me out promptly. Andrew did a great job. I think there are too many people involved in the dealing though. I had three people dealing with me up to signing of the papers. Tania was great however, the F&I dept was poor. I had to sign 3 different contracts before the paperwork was right. The most recent was when my wife and I were going to Homestead for the races. We had to to sign 3 different contracts before the paperwork was right. The most recent was when my wife and I were going to Homestead for the races. We had to drive over to the dealership out of our way. The first contract signed had the wrong VIN # and not the correct extended mileage I requested (15000 as opposed to requested 20000). The second contract had the wrong payoff amount and was caught by Toyota Southeast Finance. I was extremely disappointed after driving my motorcoach several miles out of my way and being told by Randy that he would make sure that I was compensated with fuel. Randy was no where to be found and someone else handled the paperwork when I arrived and had to wait for the F&I department to find paperwork in his office and put the paperwork together. The first time I had gotten half way home after I picked up the car. The sales manager had to drive from Miami to deliver the second contract with the corrected VIN #. I have purchaced quite a few vehicles in the past but have never had issues like this......very disappointing experience. More
