Once again, Wilson provided us with an excellent price on the purchase of an upgraded Camry from a standard to an XLE model. We appreciate his forthright approach in dealing with our desires and putting tog the purchase of an upgraded Camry from a standard to an XLE model. The dealership offered a comprehensive protection package at a reasonable cost along with providing 3 years free maintenance. The entire dealership is open and friendly as they bend-over-backwards to help the customer. They followed through on their offer to assist us in setting-up the computer aspects of our new vehicle in a pleasant and courteous manner especially when dealing with us who are somewhat technologically challenged. After listening to your needs, Wilson and the entire staff present a deal to you that is fair and honorable with nothing hidden and do so only with some fine tuning discussion and without major haggling. Overall, I would recommend Wilson and any of the staff at Maroone Toyote to be fair and honest car dealers/dealership. More

We had a very positive experience with Hussein, who corrected the horrible experience with Lorenzo, who lied and broke promises on several fronts. He promised a rental car, which he did not deliver, he corrected the horrible experience with Lorenzo, who lied and broke promises on several fronts. He promised a rental car, which he did not deliver, he promised a white car, to change to green after we signed. Later, he first volunteered reimbursement of our final lease payment we were returning, and then repeatedly promised a check, which we later found out he never ordered. He further promised to return our former lease, which after following up with our former Leaser (Honda) we found that our car had only been left on the parking lot for over two weeks, with no intention of turning it in, or notifying us, while we were the responsible party on the lease. We were overcharged for our tags, after repeated questions to Lorenzo, who never followed up. We came by to pick up our car, after signing and leather needed to be added. We waited for almost an hour to pick up our keys, while Lorenzo knew we were there and he was trying to close another customer. He then told us how the guy was impossible to please. We have never dealt with such a dishonest and manipulative person. Again, Hussein worked hard to follow up and provide service where Lorenzo left. We are still waiting to hear back from Lisa, the manager with whom we spoke, how the situation could be rectified for all of these inconveniences. We did not haggle with price, we simply wanted to be treated as we as business owners treat our customers. More

Luis was great to work with, he showed me the Camry SE and then later the XLE model the first night. My trade in was appraised this night also. On the second visit I still had not picked a car and Luis showed me several more cars until I decided on the XLE. While inside waiting for the paperwork to be completed the tags were removed from my old car and placed on the new one. So once the paperwork was complete all I had to do was hand over the keys to my old car and drive the new one away. Overall a great experience. More
I bought a 2013 Prius from your dealership not too long ago. I was initally reluctant to drive the 45 miles south to even look at a car or listen to another sales pitch. I was assured by Mr. Moore that it would be well worth the drive. Well it was. Mr. Moore's style is low-key, but professional. He kept us informed during the negotiations, did not promise us the moon, but got us what I think was a very good deal, not only on the purchase, but on our trade in of our 2008 Prius. I was surprised that we were able to finalize the deal that very day and drive away in our new Prius. My wife complained that it took over 6 hours to do this, but since we wound up with pretty much what we wanted, I think it was worth the time. After the sale we had to drive down to bring some paperwork to the Maroone dealership. Mr. Moore was available to show us some of the featueres on our new Prius, which are far from intuitive. More
