Dealer screwed up my brand new FRS BEWARE! MUST READ! AUTONATION TOYOTA SCION WESTON dealer had made my first car buying experience a NIGHTMARE! My 2015 Scion FRS was sold by a sale BEWARE! MUST READ! AUTONATION TOYOTA SCION WESTON dealer had made my first car buying experience a NIGHTMARE! My 2015 Scion FRS was sold by a sale associate name BRYANT O. who appear to be under the sales manager name SHEVIN G. Both of them were extremely helpful when I was in the process of buying the car. After all the paperwork were signed, Nelson P. did the rest while Bryant and Shevin left home. Before driving off (without a walk through), Nelson informed me that the car was covered with tree saps which they promised to detail the car next time I bring it back. First trip: The day after I bought the car, I noticed a chipped paint on my door handle. So I addressed the issue to them when I brought the car back to get detailed. SHEVIN told me that he will give me a rental for a day but I had to wait until the following week because the painter didn't have any availability. He also told me that I should postpone the car detailing due to the paint job that was going to be worked on. So we agreed on a date and I left without getting the car wash. Second trip: Came on the day of the "appointment" made by SHEVIN but since he wasn't working that day, no one at the dealer knew about the appointment. After being thrown around to clueless employees, they finally brought out the customer relations manager, LISA R. I explained to her that the car needed a full detail and the repair of the chipped paint. She agreed, gave me a rental, and advised me that the car will be ready by the end of the day. After about 4 hours of roaming around in the rental, I got a call from LISA saying that my car was ready. When I got to the dealer, Lisa had gone home for the day and AGAIN, everyone was clueless as to where to find my key and where my car was parked! When I saw my car, I was EXTREMELY upset that it was still covered with tree saps, the paint of the door handle did not match the rest of the car, there were overspray on my door from the crappy paint job that they did, and they left noticeable dings on the door panel and the roof! 1) How can a paint job and full car detail be done within 4 hours? 2) How professional is it that not only they screwed up my car with over spray and crappy paint job, there was no one to do a walk around with me. 3) Lisa was not on site when I picked up the car and NO ONE had the ability to provide me documents on what was done to the car. 4) When I got home, I found plastic bags that appear to be trash in my trunk! I WAS VERY UPSET with the whole situation. So I called Bryant and explained to him what had happened and he told me to bring the car in for them to see. Third trip: BRYANT and SHEVIN appeared to be concerned and brought out the general sales manager, MARCOS E. He checked out the paint job and gave me a car rental until the car was done getting repainted, repair the dings and get the full detail. It took them 3 days and the car was ready. When I picked up the car, I noticed that the dings and the overspray were still there. I addressed it to Marcos who argued that it was "an orange peel" that could not be removed and that the car came out of the factory like that. I was in awe as to how careless he was when he saw it for himself that the problems still persists. He told me that there was nothing else that he could do and asked me politely to leave. After doing some research, I decided to go back and try one more time. Fourth trip: When I walked in, I spotted BRYANT, who was obviously trying to avoid eye contact with me. I asked for SHEVIN who I waited an hour just to speak to. While I was waiting, the GM was walking around pretending like I wasn't there. The only person that came up to greet me was Nelson. God bless his soul. After the wait, Shevin finally came to speak to me. I was told that the manager (Marcos) did not want anything to do with me anymore. He mentioned that he spent way too much money on the car and there was nothing else that they can do at this point. I begged, and asked them to put themselves in my shoes to be paying for a brand new car with visible swirl marks all over, obvious dings, and overspray on the door. I asked them how would you feel? He shrugged and simply told me they couldn't help me. I am highly disappointed, more than anything, with the customer service and how I was treated throughout the whole process. BRYANT is such a clueless sale associate. SHEVIN would promise you one thing and won't deliver what was promised. Ironically, the two MANAGERS Lisa & Marcos were the main one who made my experience a total nightmare. Up until today, I am still driving a brand new car in a used condition all because of the AUTONATION TOYOTA SCION WESTON dealer negligence. I am a car enthusiast and all I ever wanted was to be happy with my new car. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE! I hope my review can help some of you avoid an experience like mine. If you do go, look for NELSON. He would never kick you to the side like the rest of them. More

Bait and Switch Tactics My sales person Vanessa was great, it's the general sales manager Oscar Ramos who is the problem. We negotiated the purchase of a new 2016 Camry- price and financing terms and both parties agreed to it. When I went to financing I was told they can't offer the 1.9% financing ( not due to my credit) but because the dealership already gave me $1000 in dealer cash. Oscar agreed to the terms but recanted in the finance office and said he would do the deal "if" they could extend the 1.9% financing terms. They offered me a new deal add $1000 back into the cost of the car and they would offer me 0% financing. There is the bait and switch. Three people in the dealership apologized for what happened and said that was not right. The sales person encouraged me to speak with the General Manager. He did not want to hear anything from me and had his mind made up prior to talking to me. He knew of the bait and switch tactic his employees used. I would never buy another car at that dealership. horrible experience i had to buy the car with 1000 usd more than all local users. The sales person name is Omar Simpson. He and his boss were very rude. Even the customer care service lady ( Liza) turned a deaf ear to my request and all of them said " We are here to make more money" ... definitely not recommended. More

I had promised Mom I would accompany her for her new vehicle. From the moment we stepped onto the entrance we were greeted by a lovely young woman - Vanessa Mendez - extremely professional knowledgeable and I say a Godsend for us that day. Mr. Dave Mathews - the general manager - took time out to talk to us while the trade in was in appraisal and wound up giving my Mom the best deal ever! We didn't even have to negotiate as we had rehearsed! Then it was time for the finance portion and we were greeted by Mr. Juan Oyola - a true gentleman with patience, professional and attentive guidance. Well - those are the people you want to see when you go for your next purchase or lease - trust that for sure! More

Toyota Corolla purchasing experience Due to an unsatisfactory past experience I was skeptical about going back to Autonation Toyota Weston, and to be honest we were not planning on buying Due to an unsatisfactory past experience I was skeptical about going back to Autonation Toyota Weston, and to be honest we were not planning on buying a Corolla for my nephew when we walked in. Well I was surprised by the customer service quality improvement since my last visit and my salesman Isaac Ergas made this experience amazing and very pleasant. He was great to work with and took time to explain all the new features in the car and kept an open line of communication throughout the process and many days after we purchased the car to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our car and his service. I would highly recommend Isaac due to his honesty and top notch professionalism. Patrick from the Internet department was impressive as well. More
My experience with this dealership was pretty average, but the post-sale follow up just doesn't cut it. I purchased a used Toyota Prius from them and I dealt with Patrick in the internet sales department. but the post-sale follow up just doesn't cut it. I purchased a used Toyota Prius from them and I dealt with Patrick in the internet sales department. I also dealt with one of the sales managers, his name was Eddy. I'm actually located in the Sarasota area, so I drove three hours to Weston to purchase my vehicle, because it was the only one I could find that had all the options I wanted. Anyway, when I first submitted my request for information on their website, I received a response immediately. Patrick was very attentive and easy to get a hold of during the entire sales process, and he made sure everything was ready to go and waiting for me when I arrived to fill out the paperwork and pick up my Prius on 2/19. My finance manager was great, but unfortunately I can't remember his name. He made sure to explain all the paperwork I was signing and he made the process quick and painless. When I went to leave and start my three hour drive back home, I noticed one of my HID headlights was out. I pointed this out to Patrick, and he turned the headlights off and then on again to have them both working. At this point it was past 9:00 pm and I just wanted to get home. I thought of it as some strange glitch and Patrick suggested the same. I then drove off in my car. Once I pulled out of the parking lot, my headlight shut off again - and kept doing so after turning them off and on again. I was only gone for ten minutes at most when I drove back to the dealership. Patrick was nowhere to be found, but I showed Eddy (the sales manager) the problem with my headlight. Eddy then proceeded to hit my headlight assembly with his fist and say he didn't know what was wrong. At this point the service/parts departments were closed. Eddy told me to just drive the car home and just turn the headlights on and off to make them come back on whenever the issue happened - and he would make sure to send me some replacement headlight bulbs. At this point it was 10:00 PM and I just wanted to get home as I had to be at work early in the morning. So, I drove 3 hours back home with my headlights intermittently turning off and on. Luckily, I didn't get a ticket. It's been two weeks since I purchased my car and I've tried calling both Eddy and Patrick while sending numerous emails about this issue. So far, I've had absolutely no response from anyone. When I called Eddy, he quickly brushed me off saying he would speak to the used car manager and call me back - and he never did. I can't drive my new car at night and I'm going to have to shell out $100 for a set of new HID bulbs - after spending a bunch of money to get my Prius. This is another typical case of the car sales industry "turn 'em and burn 'em". More
