Service is terrible. Customer service is terrible I made a survey and they found out who had done it and I have been was treated terribly ever since. I believe that they don't need to treat people good because they have enough customers. Guys this is not Maroone anymore, they don't care anymore. Service department stinks!! I've purchased three vehicles from this dealership and was going to purchase another in January, however customer service has really gone down. First off, I stood for over 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. This was my second visit where I've made appointments, only to be told that the service advisor was not there when I arrived. Then to top it off, the advisor that I did get informed me that it was too late for the mechanics to look at my vehicle. Mind you, when I made my appointment earlier that day, I specifically told the receptionist what service I needed, and was told that 3:45 PM would be fine. This place really needs to get there act together. I will be taking my business elsewhere. More

Bad experience - post purchase Sales lied saying that AutoNation Toyota in Weston will take care of everything when you change your old lease to a new one. He said that since I was dealing with them, everything was checked and there was no issue on the car, if I receive any bill, just contact them and they will take care for me, I just got I bill from SETF and when I contacted the sales person, he just said "you drove the car, not me, you have to call south toyota finance and talk to them".
