He took care of us from the moment we stepped in the door. Great guy that really went the extra mile to make sure we had an excellent experience and that all of our needs were met. There are different dealers that are closer to my house that is not to be named but I go out of my way to go to this Autonation Toyota of Weston because of the service provided by Rashan and the rest of the staff there. 10/10 would recommend. Took my 2020 Tacoma in for for its 10k service today and was very disappointed. Upon arrival to pick my vehicle up I noticed grease on all 4 door handles, front seats, steering wheel and shifter knob. Upon was very disappointed. Upon arrival to pick my vehicle up I noticed grease on all 4 door handles, front seats, steering wheel and shifter knob. Upon further inspection I found the oil filler cap was left on top of the battery!!!!!!!! After showing the service manager these issues he had my vehicle taken back into the service department. The grease was cleaned off of my front seats and the oil filler cap was properly installed but my vehicle was still covered in greasy handprints. Once I arrived home I had to clean up the mess they left behind. Furthermore they did not install the cover on my cabin air filter properly. It seems complimentary service comes with a price at Autonation Toyota of Weston. More
What a waste of my time. I went to get my complimentary oil change. I am going on a trip and wanted to freshen everything up to keep me safe. After nearly 2 hours, the tech forgot I was there, I had to go oil change. I am going on a trip and wanted to freshen everything up to keep me safe. After nearly 2 hours, the tech forgot I was there, I had to go up and get my own ticket, and they never worked on the car! They claimed it wasn't time for an oil change so they did not do it, but they only topped off my fluids, rotated my tires, and checked my brakes. upon my own inspection, my tires weren't touched and not a SINGLE fluid reservoir was filled. I had to go home and top my own fluids to manufacturer recommended levels. Do NOT take your car for maintenance here, they may not even do it! More
This review is for Natalie Evans and Gilbert Mendoza. Two of the worst staff i had to deal with. I put a reservation on a Toyota 4Runner Thursday 06/18Being an out of state buyer I knew what I needed to provide to get this deal done. First off Natalie blew me off almost the whole day to ask for photos of the 4Runner i wanted. After 5 different phone calls i finally received photos, I quickly sent them my drivers license and insurance within 5 minutes. So we can start the process. Her response “o i left”. I immediately called asking you were just next to the vehicle how did you leave for the day? Of course never got a straight answer. HERE IS THE FUN PART!!! I called Gilbert, manager, shortly after. He stated the Car is at their auction facility since Monday. Which was a lie because earlier Natalie stated the car fame in on trade the day before.... but if the car was at thei auction facility then how did she go get me photos? Also the photos she took were at the dealership. So after all this I still wanted to move forward. They asked for 2 forms of ID. A drivers license and passport or social security card (Which is unheard of, when paying for a vehicle in cash) they wanted payment over the phone before shipping out documents to a notary in mission viejo CA. Since i am not financing the vehicle i don’t need to give them my social or a copy of it or have documents notarized. All they need is a copy of my license and insurance to get the process started.... Natlie never sent me a buy slip. So I called Gilbert and talked to me rudely saying I don’t know what I am talking about and I’m an idiot. Also he mentioned “i sold 600 cars last month while you’re begging us to sell you a car” then hangs up the phone on me.... Sorry Gilbert.... i don’t know how someone who barely spoke English and started to speak to me in Spanish is a manager at this establishment. Will he contacting corporate for this whole incident. Sad part is that I am still willing to purchase the vehicle but people like Gilbert and Natlie need to understand this is not how you do business. More
My experience started with Gustavo over the phone. After shopping around practically every other Toyota dealership in south Florida it was a blessing to have someone that was straight to the point and beat shopping around practically every other Toyota dealership in south Florida it was a blessing to have someone that was straight to the point and beat every other quoted price. From there it was straight to the dealer where we I met him (yes actually meeting the person who was on the phone!) and he introduced me to Nathalie. She did a wonderful job of showing the car and explaining features to my wife and I. From there we got an excellent value for my trade in, a bit better than what I was quoted from other dealers for it. From there the paperwork was done in finance with Fabian. We actually had a great time and shared many jokes. No crazy extra pulls on my credit. Straight to the best financing option and done. This was my best experience car shopping ever and I'm the type who demands breakdowns for every fee. I'm used to haggling and when I don't get what I want I take a walk. My only target was that I didn't call AutoNation first. More

The few times that I took my RAV4 for service all the employees have a terrible attitude they think that the customer is wasting their time. When trying to call the only live person that actually talks to you is the receptionist and all she does is makes excuses transferring Your call to a voice message service. How many times can you say 'the payoff is $21,050' I have purchased around 40 brand new vehicles in my life! Being a lifetime self-mechanic and having studied automotive design in my early engineering I have purchased around 40 brand new vehicles in my life! Being a lifetime self-mechanic and having studied automotive design in my early engineering years, I understand the auto industry from how the things run to the financing end. I have now FINALLY encountered the #1 WORST DEALERSHIP OF ALL TIME! I've had good dealerships, like Honda in Newton NJ where I purchased 4 vehicles over a 7 yr period, and I've had others that merely did their job ... then I found the #1 WORST OF ALL TIME, a spot no one ever held on my dealer-list! Marco: do you know your payoff? Me: yes, $21,050 Marco: are you sure? Me: yes, I have it right here on a paper from GMAC Marco: but what about your remaining lease payments? Me: today's payoff is $21,050 ... now the above conversation occurred probably 4 or 5 times, although he wrote down the number, $21,050, he still needed to ask over and over and over and over. Marco: the 2019 will give you the best prices, I have a bunch, lets go walk and see them ... 20 minutes later ... Marco: well lets look in the computer, we had some 2019's, I don't know where they are, maybe we don't have any left As we're walking into the building I look at the Tacoma outside RIGHT AT THE FRONT DOOR, 2019. The one right in front of his eyes! Then I saw another in the parking lot on the other side ... 2019. Then I found 2 more Tacomas on the showroom floor, 2019. SO NOW 30 MINUTES TOTAL WASTED BECAUSE HE DID NOT KNOW HIS INVENTORY NOR WHERE TO FIND IT!! Oh, this is on top of the 45 minutes we ALREADY wasted listening to him blabber and not understand simple payoff numbers. Oh, and telling me how many repeat customers he's had like I really cared. Then came the finance guy, I should say, about 30 minutes later - YES, 30 MINUTES LATER, JUST WOW!!! Finance guy: you have 4 payments left of $293, so what's your payoff? Me: $21,050 good until 12/4. And GET ME A NUMBER ALREADY, I'VE BEEN HERE FOR 2 HOURS!! Finance guy: OMG, you've been here 2 hours with no numbers? (yes, the dumb salesman was beyond useless) but that can't be right, if you have 4 payments of $293, what's your payoff? Me: my payoff is 21 0 5 0 Finance guy: you're not right, if you have 4 payments of $293 left that can't be right Me: how many times can I tell this place ONE NUMBER, I OWE $21,050!!! At that point I took a piece of blank paper, I had to write in 3" tall #'s $ 2 1 , 0 5 0 and in such UTTER FRUSTRATION as this point, when I underlined the $21,050 (which I told them probable 10 times by now), my pen ripped through the paper. The finance guy went back in to the office throwing his arms up in the air and I could hear him telling his partners in crime how clueless I was. That's when I stormed into the finance office and YELLED - THE PAYOFF IS $21,050 - WHAT THE F*** IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE?? Finance guy: sir, there's no reason to use a bad word Me: there's reason to use MANY MORE bad words than the ONE I just used, 2 HOURS I'VE BEEN WAITING AND NOW YOU ARE TELLING ME I DON'T KNOW MY PAYOFF!!! Oh, for the record, I'm a mathematician, I can do the math in my head they need a computer to calculate! Finance guy: Sir, you don't need to buy a car from us, please leave. THEN TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY - for 5 MORE MINUTES they INSISTED they gave me back my registration and car key which they FINALLY FOUND sitting on the desk right in front of them. 2 HOURS WASTED! A MORON OF A SALESPERSON WHO COULD NOT KEEP FOCUSED ON THE VEHICLES $21,050, that's my payoff ... I'm sure there isn't one person who read this who doesn't know that by now. BEYOND FRUSTRATION - and I'm sending them my bill for my 2 lost hours! I'll go back and visit the Toyota dealer again in Sunrise who was a normal car dealership, friendly, and they actually understood a 5 digit #, $21,050. More

Long story short; they sold away a car several days after I placed down a deposit for i Beware of AutoNation (AN) Toyota Weston located in Davie, FL! Long story short; they sold away a car several days after I placed down a deposit for it. Now AN will not respond to my inquiries made via phone, text, email, and online chat about a refund. Below is the timeline. 8/24: I placed a $500 deposit on car. Was told by the AN salesperson that this was required to prevent car being sold elsewhere. 8/25: Because I live out of state, I paid $150 for a local licensed ASE mechanic to inspect the car on my behalf. Results of the inspection uncovered missing wheel lock key and worn tires. 8/26: AN sent me the terms of financing for 72 months. I then asked for quotes for 48 and 60-month terms. At that time, I also asked about AN how they would address the missing wheel lock key and worn tires. 8/27: No follow up from AN after numerous attempts to contact them. 8/28: After multiple attempts I received a text from the salesperson stating that “I was off yesterday and still busy” and “as soon as I’m done I will have them take a look at it”. 8/29: No follow up from AN about the financing, wheel lock key, or tires inquiries. 8/30: No follow up from AN after receiving a text that the salesperson would call me soon. 8/31: Received an automated email notification from CarGurus stating that the car I was interested in was no longer available. I then called the sales person and was told that the car was sold. Salesperson apologized and assured me that the store manager would contact me. She further assured me that I would receive my deposit back and compensation for the $150 mechanic cost. Later that evening, I put the refund and compensation request in writing. 9/1: Contacted AutoNation Corporate and was told someone from the customer relations team would be in touch with me in a timely manner. 9/2: Still waiting for that timely call… What bothers me the most is that the salesperson was unresponsive throughout the whole experience. If she would have addressed my concerns in a timely manner I’m sure I would have been able purchased the car. Why did it take 5 days for ME to finally get in contact with THEM after asking for clarification about the financing terms and legitimate concerns about the car? What is also troubling is that the salesperson didn’t have the decency to call me and let me know the situation. I had to find out from a 3rd party website! Furthermore, what surprised me next is that she didn’t have the manager contact me about the situation as is typical with any car purchase experience gone wrong. The situation was handled inadequately, I have not received my deposit back or compensation for the car inspection, and AN has yet to accept the responsibility of situation. Contrary to their website, AutoNation Toyota Weston located in Davie, FL lacks commitment and dedication to provide their customers with a purchase experience that meets the needs of the consumer. I plan on contacting the BBB, Florida Attorney General, small claims court, etc… You have been warned! Do business with AutoNation Toyota Weston located in Davie, FL at your own risk! More
