I had a very UNPLEASANT experience when about 3 weeks ago went to this Dealer on a Sunday to lease a Toyota CRH of a pearl white color. I was asked to leave a deposit and come back to do the paperwork. A s went to this Dealer on a Sunday to lease a Toyota CRH of a pearl white color. I was asked to leave a deposit and come back to do the paperwork. A sign was left inside the car saying that it was sold, so I felt confident that there were not going to be any problems. The salesman Giovanny Castano was incredibly helpful through out the transaction. I put the insurance with the VIN number of the car and received a receipt saying that the car was reserved to me, When I went back to pick up my car, the dealer had SOLD IT. I went into shock. I could not believe what I was hearing!!!!!... I needed to return my rental car that morning and I was absolutely devastated by their behavior. Giovanny, who had all the paperwork ready for me to sign, was also very upset. It seems that the car was sold the night before I arrived. Only when the manager MARIO RUIZ found out about the facts, arrived at a solution and I had a car by the following weekend. I want to make clear that this was NOT a misunderstanding. The car had a sign that it was SOLD. Although the Manager found a solution and I had a car of same color (which apparently is not easy to find) I was left with a bitter sweet memory about this experience. Very unfortunate. More
