trying to get the second key of the car I bought since october, they treat me like they are doing a favor, went twice and the "guy"wasn't there, and now I have to call to to arrange the meet up, and I rea october, they treat me like they are doing a favor, went twice and the "guy"wasn't there, and now I have to call to to arrange the meet up, and I really don't know why they don't give both keys when you buy the car, the person has to comeback in another day of the week and be the lucky person if the guy who make the keys are there, UNNACEPTABLE when you spend so much money in a car, used or not and another problem spent 500 in a spilled protection, but there is stains all over the seat and caused but drippings of soda's cup from fast food like 500 for what?? if can't hold drops?? I'm pretty sure that the protection wasn't applied, because I bought the car in less than 2 hours and left with the car, so what time they have to applied the product? and I'm just here because I called, I left message at least 6 times, went to the dealer twice and doesn't have any call back and any feedback, was the first and the last time I make business with then, AND my down was 16000 bucks almost bought the car cash and I have been treated like they gave me the car and I own them a favor More

I had the pleasure of dealing with Aceneth Gomez, who everyone calls “Sweetie”. What a perfect nickname, she really is one of the warmest people I’ve ever met! She genuinely cares about her customers, and isn’t just trying to pick up a sale. She’s fast to respond to questions, and I couldn’t possibly ask for a better person to have dealt with. Whenever I can, I will be suggesting her to friends and family. In an absolutely insane market, this dealership worked with us. They were extremely competitive on pricing for my trade in, and the best in the tri county on pricing. Their service department has taken good care of my vehicles for years, and will continue to do so. Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere, call Sweetie and give her the chance to earn your business, you will not regret it!! More

It was hassle at the begging from the starting to my phone call to make the appointment..and coming to the dealer. I was sent to the wrong person to take care of the paper work.. I understand that yesterday was a holiday (11 October). Then, the maintenance representative was a little rough/rude at the beginning, but I just stayed calmed and listened like a little kid being lectured. He stating/lecturing that that I had to wait two hours for the vehicle maintenance and take care of the CHR recall to be inspected and that I should have chosen a different day/time. I am glad that there are only three more maintenance visits visit with this dealership. Very disappointed. More
