When we ordered our car it was supposed to arrive the next day. It did not come in on time and there was delay after delay. We were ready to cancel the order when they told us the car was en route and wo next day. It did not come in on time and there was delay after delay. Once the car actually arrived, we were promised $200 for our inconvenience and that it would be mailed one week after the deal closed. Several weeks have passed with no check and no response to our emails, texts and phone calls. We found this dealership to be unreliable and unresponsive. They do not stand behind their promises. More
Oscar very professional. The service person who started the car came in and indicated car would not start. Oscar went out and told him it was running. It is a hybrid.
