Rafa was a great sales rep, patient< accommodating, professional & knowledgeable about his inventory. he was able to readily answer any of our questions and made available the models of camrys we wanted to see and test drive. we had a Camry many years ago and enjoyed it greatly. we had confidence in this Toyota Dealership and were very happy to deal with them. Rafa answered a couple of questions for us once we had the car home so could see he was readily available to us with an instant phone call. everything went smoothly in financing and never did we feel pressured with time or the purchase of the car. She was very patient, she never once made us feel rushed to make a decision and she managed to get us a good deal. She has stayed in touch with us in the days after the purchase to make sure everything was going well with the new car. The financing also went very smoothly with James and we didn’t feel extremely pressured to purchased additional add ons. More

After I left the dealership this has been a horrible experience. In the financing office I was told they would hold my check for 14 days and I saw him put in the computer a date that was 14 days out. But the dealership tried to run my check the next day and I was charged an overdraft fee. Then the dealership send me to collections where the collections letter shows the dealership was paid but want an additional $1465. I have called the finance guy Chris Doyle 3 times and have left a vm for the sales manager and no one calls me back. More
