Deeply disappointed with service at Autonation Toyota Weston. They put windshield wipers on incorrectly, chipped paint off the hood of my car in August. I travel for work, so I arranged to have it fixed in February. They told me my car was ready for pickup, only to find out they were unable to match the paint color and only put on a clear coat. Why didn’t Juan Martinez tell me on the phone before I arrived that they did not repair the chipped paint? They expect me to return in June to get another rental car for 3 days for them to fix the paint. The manager I spoke with was rude and uncaring. Poor work ethics, unkind to their customers. This has been a complete waste of my time and energy watching them make one mistake after another. I would NEVER recommend this dealership More

Dear Autonation Weston Team, I have been a loyal customer since 1999, consistently purchasing Corollas and always opting for the full Toyota extended warranty. However, with my 2022 Corolla Cross, I customer since 1999, consistently purchasing Corollas and always opting for the full Toyota extended warranty. However, with my 2022 Corolla Cross, I repeatedly encountered issues during service visits where I was initially told that my warranty did not apply, even though it did. This was disappointing, and when my sons brought the car in, the experience was even more frustrating. That changed completely thanks to Ms. Paula Sucre [she is awesome]. During my son’s most recent visit, she provided exceptional service. She treated us like VIPs, reviewed the car thoroughly, and performed a detailed warranty inspection—identifying services we were not even aware existed. Her care, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. Because of the excellent experience with Ms. Sucre, when we purchase our next vehicle with Ms. Acceneth (“Sweaty”), we will once again choose the Toyota Extended Warranty with full confidence. Helpful. I called with a question about the car. Juan said 'bring it in". We did; they fixed it. Only took 2 hours. We must have hit a good day because i I called with a question about the car. This time it needed a new battery and then they did the full inspection. I really appreciate the full inspection so I know what's needed soon or in the future. More

I purchased a 2018 Lexus NX 300 from this dealership less than 6 months ago. The vehicle itself has been excellent, which is why this experience was disappointing. The battery failed only after almost 6 months ownership. I returned to the dealership hoping for at least a Goodwill discussion, given the short amount of time since purchase. Instead I was told replacement was entirely my responsibility and was charged $269.77 for a new battery. I understand that batteries are considered water items. However a failure this soon strongly suggests it was already near the end of it's life at the time of sale. The dealership manager was dismissive and unwilling to consider any reasonable customer-care solution. For a premium brand like Lexus I expected a more customer-focused approach. The car itself is excellent, but the post sale service is disappointing. More
