Title: Overpaid by $1500 for unwanted optional products. When I got home, I was upset to find out the contract included "Appearance & Ding Protection" that I had clearly turned down up front. I thought that I had been around and was profoundly humiliated to have been screwed like a 12-year-old kid. All my attempts with the salesman to cancel these optional options for a refund have been unsuccessful. Prospective buyers beware. Don't let them shove it your throat. More
