My wife arrived at 11:20 as scheduled. Oil change and tire rotation. She left Thornton Rd. Toyota at 3:00. 2 hours 40 minutes. Not acceptable for scheduled service. NO I would not recommend this service tire rotation. She left Thornton Rd. Toyota at 3:00. 2 hours 40 minutes. Not acceptable for scheduled service. NO I would not recommend this service center. Service people were courteous and service was completed in a reasonable length of time. However, they failed to reset the computer, so I am still getting the "Maintenance Required Soon" message every time in a reasonable length of time. However, they failed to reset the computer, so I am still getting the "Maintenance Required Soon" message every time I start the truck. I called and asked if I needed to come back in or if someone else like AutoZone could reset it. I was told someone would get back to me with that information. Still waiting for that call. More
