My wife and I brought in my 2015 4Runner. We made an appointment with our service advisor Ricky Taylor. We request him because he has such a helpful and caring attitude. Ricky suggests things we can do appointment with our service advisor Ricky Taylor. We request him because he has such a helpful and caring attitude. Ricky suggests things we can do to get better service out of our vehicle. We had an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment check. He suggested the 4 wheel drive service for the next time we come in. This helps us to be ready for the large expenditure next visit. Ricky is understanding and wants to work with us. It is a pleasure to be taken care of by him. I believe Rick Taylor is an asset to the service team. Carl Sawyer More

Arrived at my appointed time of 10:30am and was checked in at 10:44 for an oil change. Was told it would be pretty fast as I had an appointment, while many others did not. Returned to service center around in at 10:44 for an oil change. Was told it would be pretty fast as I had an appointment, while many others did not. Returned to service center around 1pm, saw my car parked out back and figured it was ready for pickup. Service advisor said he hadn't gotten ticket yet and we could wait in the lobby for him. Imagine my surprise when he told me my car hadn't been done yet as they had serviced other cars in front of mine. An hour later, my car is finally done. After I have left the dealership and returned home, someone tells me my headlight is out. WTH!!! That should have been noted by the maintenance people at Toyota. Even though my service advisor was great, upbeat and professional, my visits at this location seem to be getting worse and worse each time. More
Service center is extremely difficult to contact. Made appointments that were never entered into system, hold times to try and talk to service reps upward of 40 minutes.
