Not very happy with this place, came here for an oil change with a coupon and they put a synthetic oil in my truck without my permission. Instead of the coupon price of 18,99 . I ended up paying double change with a coupon and they put a synthetic oil in my truck without my permission. Instead of the coupon price of 18,99 . I ended up paying double and did not realize it till after I got home . That they switched oil’s on me . The service rep said nothing about it. I complained to someone on the phone and was told to call the service people back. I will not be going there again. More

Been servicing my cars for years this time we went for oil change and when I got home I found fresh oil dripping from the engine in few areas. I opened the hood inspected the car ran the engine and thank oil change and when I got home I found fresh oil dripping from the engine in few areas. I opened the hood inspected the car ran the engine and thank God I know little about cars. It seems like whoever pull the filter out which is on the top of the engine dropped it and leaked oil all over the engine. Never bothered to clean it or nothing. This never happened before I called my advisor right away and informed him of the issue. He said he will talk to whoever changed the oil. This should be unacceptable at a dealership maybe a fly by nigh garage. I was really upset. More
