The service here is hit and miss it depends on the representative that assists you. My last time i got Zachary and auto tech Katie. Both were extremely knowledgable and detailed. Got my oil change, tire rotation and alignment at Auto Nation on Thornton Rd. I called two weeks prior to schedule an appointment which was for Saturday @ 11:30am. I decided to drop my car off instead o Nation on Thornton Rd. I called two weeks prior to schedule an appointment which was for Saturday @ 11:30am. I decided to drop my car off instead of waiting for it so took it in at 8am. After discovering that the scheduled appointment was not in their system their awesome service rep. Dennard Addison assured me that all was well and he would take care of it, which he did just that. I received a call from Dennard at 10am and my car was ready way ahead of me initial scheduled time.
