i took my tacoma truck there because it wouldn"t pass emmissions test ( readiness failure). they kepy it overnight for a cold compression test the next morning. i picked it up and was told to drive it to emmissions test ( readiness failure). they kepy it overnight for a cold compression test the next morning. i picked it up and was told to drive it to testing place ( about 20 plus miles away ), it did not pass again. i called and was told to drive it about 100 miles more and it would be ok. I drove about 10 miles and check engine light came on again. i paid $120.00 for nothing, and have to pay again for next emmissions test....I am definately noy satisfied with this service. More

I have always been pleased with the service provided for my car, except for the most recent service appointment. It took the technicians over and hour and a half to change oil and rotate tires.
