The vehicle drop off and initial interaction was good. The follow communication was not good. I WAS NOT contacted when my car was ready & it sat for 2 days before I called back and was finally told that i The follow communication was not good. I WAS NOT contacted when my car was ready & it sat for 2 days before I called back and was finally told that it was ready 2 days ago. When I went to pkup the vehicle, it took 20 mins to get my car. I had to wait on the customer in front of me, but then I was handed my keys and my car was not where the advisor said it should be. After trying to call the service tech (no answer) the advisor had to walk the back and front lots to find my car. More

Service was great in the garage area however upon calling to ask if I could wait for my car I was told NO! And had to take a shuttle home and be picked up at home to come back even though there were people i to ask if I could wait for my car I was told NO! This visit was the best one in the several years I have had with this dealership in general. I gave the maintenance service one more chance. I had already made arrangements with Jim Ellis Toyota.
