October 1/2022 took the car to be served for I was having problems with the car started up,this continued so I brought the car in to what's the problem, shared it will be 2to 3 hours left car ask to be call problems with the car started up,this continued so I brought the car in to what's the problem, shared it will be 2to 3 hours left car ask to be call when the car was checked out ,call 3 hours shared needed a battery need to be replaced, shared put the battery in waited for about 30 minutes, car was ready advisor was Cory. 2020 Corolla. 😊 🫂 🙏 More

Although the customer service is excellent, the wait times are too long, and I'm not sure they are doing all the little maintenance things, like ensuring the proper air pressure on the tires. Within a week of going for a very expensive 100,000 mile service, my tire pressure indicator light came on, and after checking the pressure on all 4 tires, it was obvious this part of the maintenance was overlooked. It gets me wondering what else they cut corners on. Might be time to change to a different automotive care center. More
