My Service Adviser, Anthony Cox was exceptional. I was actually scheduled for a four hour appointment for installation of a part due to a recall on the car and for an oil change. Terrible customer service from front office, but Terrence the technician was outstanding. He is the only reason I'm giving 4 stars. If one bad apple spoiled the bunch that work in the front service office, then so be it. It should be consistent customer service which you expect from a company that markets people first narrative. My vehicle also was not sanitized that they promoted they would do. I used Clorox wipes of my own on gear shift and wheel and found leftover oil/dirt from whomever repaired the car. More

I had a terrible experience with the service department. It took them over 3 months to get in the part for the repair, and when it finally arrived, they realized another part (the car battery) also needed t It took them over 3 months to get in the part for the repair, and when it finally arrived, they realized another part (the car battery) also needed to be replaced. Of course, the battery was also on back order, with no estimated time of arrival. Initially, I was told I could not simply by an aftermarket battery and have it installed, because it would void any warranty on their initial repair. I was finally able to convince the service manager to allow for the aftermarket battery. However, the service manager then called with another problem. They did not have the battery clips to install it, which was another simple aftermarket fix. Finally, after an extraordinarily long wait, I was told the car was ready. However, the repair cost far exceeded my initial quote. The service manager did agree to adjust the price down. I don't know what is going on with the service department, but it seems to be short-staffed with people who are unprofessional and somewhat incompetent. I have bought several cars from this dealership and used their service department for years, always receiving great service. However, I am shocked by my recent experience and will no longer be a customer. I would rather drive several miles out of the way to another dealership, perhaps one that is not owned and operated by AutoNation. More
