I came over to do the complete service which included tire rotation, oil and oil filter change, air filter to name a few. Before I got to the appointment. I added some air in my tires. The rear passenger tire rotation, oil and oil filter change, air filter to name a few. Before I got to the appointment. I added some air in my tires. The rear passenger-side tire was at 39psi. The others were 34 and 35 psi. When they gave me back my car. The rear passenger-side tire was still at 39 and the others were at 35 and 36. I am very observant about my vehicle. This tells me that the tires were definitely not rotated. Because of this, I do not even know if the oil and air filters were changed or any other thing that was supposed to be done. I am very big on honesty, and I am very sure that the tire rotation was not done because i observed them before dropping the vehicle off to the dealer. I paid over $300 plus for this service, and I think they may have done only the oil change. I was offered a complimentary car wash which was never given because the rep said the line was too long for the car wash. If they were not honest enough to do the tire rotation, what else could they not have done. More
The reason for my low rating was because they boast about upfront pricing yet the price I was quoted upfront and the price I had to pay at the end were VERY different. Additionally I selected a coupon to get upfront pricing yet the price I was quoted upfront and the price I had to pay at the end were VERY different. Additionally I selected a coupon to get the service for 75 dollars yet in the end I was charged over 115 bucks. Disappointed because I expected the thing they say about upfront pricing to be true. This was my 3rd and final time coming to this dealership. I had a pretty rough experience last time but I got over it due to it being an issue with my fuel pump that was recalled. Normally I will give it an hour or an hour and half but it took 2 hrs! We normally grab something for breakfast since my kids don't like sitting and waiting. Well that took us about an hour and half to get back. My kids wanted to look at cars to kill time plus I received a call a few months back about trading in my car once I hit a year of having it which will be in February but we also have another car that is paid off that we are thinking about trading in. This is normally my way of checking on how the sales reps are at a dealership. My kids got in one SUV!! And a very rude man that didn't even introduce himself came up to us asking if we were being helped. I told him that we were just looking and wanted to buy soon but not right now. Then he tells us that if we aren't buying nothing then don't be getting in and out the cars. Like what sir!!? I just say ok because if someone is that rude then you don't want my business now or even in the future. We have gone to plenty of dealships and did the same thing and walked away with a new car. I didn't get his name but he shouldn't be in sales with that mind set. I was pretty upset after this so we just left to check in my car, well the guy was pulling in with it when I walked in. I go to the service guy and he tells me to give him 5 mins because 2 others are in front of me. I'm like I've been here for 2 hours and my car is sitting right there. Like let me pay and get out. At this point I'm pretty ticked off. Then he sends me a text and calls me to come out there. Tells me a bunch a crap about my 3 year old car that just got the fuel system replaced and I'm like sir at this point I don't even care because I'm just ready to leave. I tried it again and I'm done with come here More
worst experience ever at this dealership, I had a 3:30 appointment just an oil change. 2 hours later 5:30 my camry was ready, just an oil change. Terrible wait time, don't think it was worth it. The Customer staff to make a service app is awful, don’t know anything, took too long to help and repeated things over and over . Then when servicing my automobile the advisor did not tell me what my car w know anything, took too long to help and repeated things over and over . Then when servicing my automobile the advisor did not tell me what my car would need as per the courtesy review, however the invoice was showing like I denied all the services suggested. I would have considered the suggested repairs, now I have to come back again another day to do what is needed, when this could have been taking care same day, advisor was kind however . More
