I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I got to the dealership on time for my appointment. After two hours, I went looking for my service advisor and again couldn't find him. Eventually, he showed up and asked him if my car was ready since it had been 2 hours. He said yes and gave me a list of things that needed to be done. My car had been ready, but he never came to inform me. I received good service my first time, but not this time. I'll have to find a new place to take my car to. More

Took 2 plus hours to get my 5000 mile service, which was just a tire rotation! Huge part of my day, and they didn’t even reset my service needed message on the car. Very disappointed.
