Poor customer service, took over 15 min to locate my car and everyone was just sitting around like they didn't want to help. While the service was good and Courtney was very professional, no one wants to be harrassed about selling their vehicle! I live right up the street from this dealership, yet will drive 45 minutes a professional, no one wants to be harrassed about selling their vehicle! I live right up the street from this dealership, yet will drive 45 minutes away to go to the Toyota dealership in my old neighborhood. They used to ask you right while you were there. Now, they call and harrass you when you leave. When I expressed how pissed I was, David (his name was either David or Tony) tried to overtalk me so I hung up! Without customers, your dealership will not stay in business. If I wanted to sell, I would! Leave your customers alone, and get a life! Happy customers are returning customers. I was not happy with being approached, yet again. I only returned because a few lights came on and I didn’t want to risk going too far. I’ll ensure I stay proactive with my vehicle maintenance or go elsewhere so I don’t have to deal with their crap! More
