The tech was friendly and polite. I arrived before my appointment at 11:25. Sat in my rav 4 for 15 minutes before I was assisted. I was told my tech would be right with me. New tech who was great took over my appointment. But I was told an oil change and rotate tires when I made appointment. Had only an oil change. Finally done at 2:00!!!!!! 2.5 hours for an oil change!!!! Totally unacceptable!!!!! I get it was a free service because I purchased vehicle there. Last oil change, looked at done vehicle for over 35 minutes before they told me my vehicle was ready. I made appointment for a Wednesday as suppose to be slowest day for service. One more free service but I will probably go somewhere else where I don’t need to wait so long. (I was told 2 mechanics didn’t show up for work.) not techs fault I understand that. Still very frustrating to take so long. More

Had an appt at 0700 on Aug 3 for oil change and routine maintenance. My vehicle need additional work and Anthony arranged for me to be taken home. My wife arrived at 11:20 as scheduled. Oil change and tire rotation. She left Thornton Rd. Toyota at 3:00. 2 hours 40 minutes. Not acceptable for scheduled service.
