I appreciated being told up front what the wait time was going to be. I was taken to a Fed Ex to complete some important business and brought back. I received an update on the progress of my repairs and was going to be. I was taken to a Fed Ex to complete some important business and brought back. When I returned I was given a thorough explanation of what was going on with the car and what was done. I was also given recommendations of what to get repaired first. My experience was the worse experience I have ever had at car dealership in my life. I had an appointment at eight am and was told by your attendant that all I needed was an wheel alignment. I was my truck would be ready at 10am. At 11 am it was still not ready. I was told they would give me a ride home and the would call me when it was ready. I need the truck to take my wife to the doctor because she is a heart patient. NOT a good experience with this dealer. Could not get through to the service department to talk to anybody about the work being done. Once message was left, no return call. When told it was ready, went t through to the service department to talk to anybody about the work being done. Once message was left, no return call. When told it was ready, went to the dealership and had to wait an hour for somebody to get the paperwork ready. Poor customer communication. Then a problem finding the car. Oil change was included in service, but they forgot to put a new windshield reminder sticker, leaving an old one up. More
