My service appointment was at 8:30 am. I left the dealership at 1:00 pm. My rep, Mitch, was very professional, courteous and hustled the entire 4.5 hours I was there. Besides the long wait, service was very good with detailed information given. Reinaldo Glen helped me so much and made my experience spectacular. Even though he came with bad news about my car he mad detailed information given. Reinaldo Glen helped me so much and made my experience spectacular.
