This dealership and my sales rep (Brian) and his colleague (Lamian) went above and beyond the standards to make my buying process as painless as possible/ Due to a significant delay in delivery proc colleague (Lamian) went above and beyond the standards to make my buying process as painless as possible/ Due to a significant delay in delivery process of y new car, they made sure I would not lose my job and loaned me a very nice car for 3 weeks. Since I've got my new RAV4 XSE Hybrid, I can't believe the fuel efficiency of this car. After 2 weeks of urban/Hgwy mix, I am at 39m/g ! I would recommend this team to anybody; they are the best I've seen in 35 years. More

There was no 24 point check list even though I was told it was done. Service receipt did not show tire rotation even though I requested but again I was told it was done. Previous services had it listed as it was done. Service receipt did not show tire rotation even though I requested but again I was told it was done. Previous services had it listed as being performed. This service appointment was not as good as I have received in the past. The service advisor seemed to be in a hurry. More
