I bought a service package with my new car and I bring it to this dealership for service. They do a great job. They did not notify me when my car was ready. I had to call them. Also they marked one filter ch to this dealership for service. They do a great job. They did not notify me when my car was ready. I had to call them. They took the floor mats out of the vehicle and tried to force me to buy them for $599.00. I refused and now have a 4 runner w/o floor mats. They attempted to sell me a $2600 xxxxxxxx appearance warranty th force me to buy them for $599.00. I refused and now have a 4 runner w/o floor mats. They were able to get the interest rate where I wanted it so I did. They also did a xxxxty job of cleaning up the car and I had to send it back twice to get really obvious xxxx cleaned up. The 4 runner is really nice but it would’ve been good to buy it anywhere else More

I recently serviced my Toyota Highlander at this dealer and the mechanic failed to put all the front passenger tire nuts back; put only 2 back instead of 5 putting me in danger and causing damage to my veh and the mechanic failed to put all the front passenger tire nuts back; put only 2 back instead of 5 putting me in danger and causing damage to my vehicle.
