My first visit, my car had greasy hand prints all over the body. Representative called me, showed concern, stated she would get car washed. I had already got it washed, cost $25.00 n she said they would r the body. Representative called me, showed concern, stated she would get car washed. I had already got it washed, cost $25.00 n she said they would reimburse me. As a result, nothing. This time, the service representative was great but the tires were overfilled with air. Two were 39 psi n two were 36 psi. Front and rear are suppose to be 35 psi. At least they could have been made the same. More
