My mom who has cancer, was told that they would do a courtesy oil change since her warranty was just expired. When the car was picked up, they told us it was still a charge. If you wanted to charge her courtesy oil change since her warranty was just expired. When the car was picked up, they told us it was still a charge. If you wanted to charge her regardless, that’s fine but just be up front about it. You completely lied and stated that they were not going to charge her. I will never go here and I do not recommend because they are not honest. Again just be up front and mean what you say. This will be our last time dealing with them. More
