I arrived to a beautifully kept and clean service center. I was greeted by a service manager who patiently listened to all of my concerns. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. Once the diagnostic o I was greeted by a service manager who patiently listened to all of my concerns. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. Once the diagnostic of my vehicle was complete they went over it with me, telling me the areas that I needed to attend to first. My car had been rattling for weeks. They identified the problem, fixed it, and I have been driving a wonderfully silent car ever since. I even discovered my next vehicle purchase while I was there, the Venza!
