I bought a 2022 Toyota Corolla. Love the car, did not enjoy the sales experience. I came in with a pre approval through my bank and the team advised me they don’t accept pre approva Love the car, did not enjoy the sales experience. I came in with a pre approval through my bank and the team advised me they don’t accept pre approvals through my credit union. This was after I put a deposit on my car. They should’ve been more clear as to the financing aspect (I would have left and went to another dealer had I known this). I should’ve been able to use my credit union. I also ended up paying more for the car than what I wanted to as they added all this additional stuff (my fault for not saying no and not walking away). Overall, the sales experience was not enjoyable and while I love my car, I’m not happy knowing I paid almost 10k more that MSRP (again not blaming sales associates as it’s their job to do this and I should’ve been tougher with what I wanted to pay). More

They are like every dealership they PUSH! ! They are NOT true to their word. I had it in writing.. but turns out when I went to pick up the weather tech floormats I was promised. I was told t !
