Thornton Road Toyota has had the best services that I have ever experienced at a dealership. Every 4-5 months that I get my car serviced, I never have a complaint about the workers nor staff, and I appr have ever experienced at a dealership. Service was great in the garage area however upon calling to ask if I could wait for my car I was told NO! And had to take a shuttle home and be picked up at home to come back even though there were people i to ask if I could wait for my car I was told NO! And had to take a shuttle home and be picked up at home to come back even though there were people in the waiting room so I I waited for my car there as well. Please address this issue. More
