Service was great in the garage area however upon calling to ask if I could wait for my car I was told NO! And had to take a shuttle home and be picked up at home to come back even though there were people i to ask if I could wait for my car I was told NO! And had to take a shuttle home and be picked up at home to come back even though there were people in the waiting room so I I waited for my car there as well. Please address this issue. More

This visit was the best one in the several years I have had with this dealership in general. I gave the maintenance service one more chance. I had already made arrangements with Jim Ellis Toyota. I refus had with this dealership in general. I gave the maintenance service one more chance. I had already made arrangements with Jim Ellis Toyota. I refuse to purchase any more vehicles from auto nation due to the less than ethical practices. very bad folks. The service I just received was great!
