II researched several cars I was interested in before going to any dealership. I was treated with respect. My questions were answered honestly. The only down side was that the showroom was a bit loud, but there were also many families shopping for vehicles also, so that could account for the noise level. We drove from midtown Atlanta to this dealership to look at a 2020 BMW 4 series. We met with Ms. Imani and she was all the things: professional, kind, friendly, accommodating, and patient. Although my vehicle was serviced in the time anticipated, I felt as though the service advisor was not very welcoming, possibly due to administrative pressure or lack of customer service training. He should have explained “line by line” what was done, smiled thanked me for doing business with them, as well as asked me be sure to ask for him upon my next visit. None of that was done.
