The only down side was that the showroom was a bit loud, but there were also many families shopping for vehicles also, so that could account for the noise level. We drove from midtown Atlanta to this dealership to look at a 2020 BMW 4 series. We met with Ms. Imani and she was all the things: professional, kind, friendly, accommodating, and patient. I had to wait longer than expected, but everyone was very pleasant. My service tech let me know I didn’t need anything major done! So that definitely helped my mood. Although my vehicle was serviced in the time anticipated, I felt as though the service advisor was not very welcoming, possibly due to administrative pressure or lack of customer service training. He should have explained “line by line” what was done, smiled thanked me for doing business with them, as well as asked me be sure to ask for him upon my next visit. None of that was done. I had an appointment for new tire. My service person was Courtney. He was wonderful. They had to order a new rim due to damages as well. They put the donut back on concerned for my safety first. I returned back to service center on Monday to get new tire and rim put on, alignment and rotation of tires. I was surprised at the cost of the rim.. but very satisfied with service and Courtney. It’s nice to be able to have a sense of humor when you are looking at such a huge cost that was unexpected. Courtney was great, very congenial and conscientious of my situation. I would recommend service at this Toyota dealership. I have purchased my last 2 Toyota vehicle from this location. More
Okay, let's start off by saying when I, drop my automobile off to get service I ask for services, whatever needed to have service prior to my last vist. And it was small work. But they did repair it but didn't give a diagnostic before services. And didn't give the perks of a complimentary detail wash. And I had to return the Yaris too times and its still isn't repaired. But won't complain I'm just saying. More
