William McNiece was great to work with and really went above and beyond during the negotiations process. He was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only above the vehicle itself, but walking me thro above and beyond during the negotiations process. I highly recommend him and Winston to other customers. More

My wife was supposed to be co-owner of the new car; due to miscommunication with his team, he only created paperwork for me as the sole owner of the car, so we told him to correct this. He rudely smashes his keyboard the entire time while typing to correct his mistakes. Then after we gave them the money for the car, he rushed us out without giving a receipt to acknowledge that he took the money (and this is a large amount of $$$, not just a few thousand). More
