Until now, I did not realize how important it was to look at the ratings of dealerships. The way that you are handled while they are trying to sell you something.....and they're on their best behavior....giv at the ratings of dealerships. The way that you are handled while they are trying to sell you something.....and they're on their best behavior....gives you an insight on how they will handle any issues after you buy a car there. I would encourage you to pay attention to the low ratings that this dealership has received. Be aware! I made an appointment to test drive a car they had online. The drive to the dealership took me over an hour. I asked them to call me if anything changed so I didn't have to drive there for nothing. When I arrived, I was told that the car was in the service department and locked up. The sales person had told me that he would have the car up front and waiting for me.. It reminds me of the old adage of used car people being slick and untrustworthy....the good ole bait and switch. When I spoke to a manager, Winston, about the car not being available after i had made an appointment.....ranged from the sales person was new, to the car came from another dealership, to 'we're all human and we make mistakes'. He never apologized and only gave me lots of excuses. When one excuse didn't work then he tried another one. Personally, I don't trust them. I was told the car was on the lot and they would have it up front for me. I left a message for the general sales manager. And he never returned my call. Not surprised!!! I don't plan on doing business at this dealership because ' they're all human and make mistakes, they don't take responsibility or seemingly care if they make mistakes even if it impacts the customer. How they treated me as a new customer tells me a lot about how they may treat me After I buy a car. After spending all that time to drive there… it was worth it. Because I found out what was truly underneath the smiles and slick talk at this dealership. I was saved from doing business there. More

Great experience with these folks. They really listened to what I was looking for and got me a truck on my time. After some troubling signs, I sent it back to be worked on and they f They really listened to what I was looking for and got me a truck on my time. After some troubling signs, I sent it back to be worked on and they figured the engine needed to be replaced. It's covered under warranty, so I'm greatly relieved. Their me hanics have been nothing but the most professional when communicating with me and they have really set the standard for customer service. More
