I expected the service to be at a high level as Thornton Rd. Toyota has taken care of my Toyota Sienna and my wife's Toyota Prius for years. I actually drive 10 miles to get to Thornton Rd. Toyota when there's a Toyota dealer a mile away. I was shocked when I came in for my free service trip because the tech left the car in "program mode" He forgot to push the button that sort of looks like the alphabet letter "U" on its side. That meant my car gave me crazy display readings like "Hybrid Mode Off" when I started it up. When I called for help, John answered but the service department guys, Richard, DeAndre, & Juan, didn't. I did what anyone else would do: I referred to the manual & pushed buttons until my display worked. Stinky service reduced a five star review to two stars. More

But when we came to trade-in our car and buy the new one, the sales person and his manager claimed the car on the lot was more expensive than the one they quoted us for our deal. Scheduled 2nd ATF service for my vehicle at 113K miles (prior ATF service was done by a different Toyota dealer at 75K miles).
