The service dept appointment started out as my worst customer service experience with your business. I was assigned to a service person named Richard. He was very RUDE to me I stsrted yelling I need a customer service experience with your business. I was assigned to a service person named Richard. He was very RUDE to me I stsrted yelling I need a manager. I had an appointment for service that was different from the work order. He berarted me because I couldn't tell him the name of the employee from your business that called me and that I didn't want or required was he had in writing. I advised him that I would take my keys and Leave. He said "Then LEAVE' I had stopped coming to the Thornton Road location because when I had previously appontments I would wait for hours before they got to my car so after I receivedthe call from them I said I would give them another chance. Richard needs to removed from working with customers. He isn't cusotomer friendly. The Service Manager Sam came to my rescue and assisted me with my needs and provided me with a follow-up service appointment and introduced me to Anthony who with assist me in the future. Thank you Sam!!! More
