My experience with the dealer was really nice. Te reception the person was polite affable. I had an appointment at 12 for a recall. I left my car at 10 and told them I would be back (going off for a while with my daughter). The young man said he would call me. At 2pm I had not heard anything, so we went to eat at Cracker Barrell next door while waiting. She took me at 3.30 to see what was going on and they had not done anything to my car. VERY DISAPPOINTING! That's why I left it where it would be finished! The young man at the counter was very nice but they Service guys) had let all these ppl in front of me. She took me home and the guy called me one hour later stating that it was finished....Maybe if they had of done that to being with it wouldn't have caused me another trip. Again, it was NOT the guy at the counter it was the guys doing the actual Maintenace. More
I have a GR86 2022 and just a week ago I went for my second service which was difficult to schedule. Every time I schedule a service I have to talk to someone in the chat and someone is supposed to call second service which was difficult to schedule. Every time I schedule a service I have to talk to someone in the chat and someone is supposed to call back. No one ever calls back so this process alone takes way too long. Once we arrive for the appointment they never specify what service we're having so we have to ask. They also take hours just for routine maintenance. When we left my husband looked to see if everything was actually done. The oil was dirty and the air filter is jammed in. Looks like they didn't do anything, but mess things up. I am so disappointed in Toyota's service and customer service. More
I spent 6 hours there and while I did expect to take a while, it was exhausting and I spent WAY more then I wanted for my car. That’s all good except one of my phone charging cables was missing from the p while, it was exhausting and I spent WAY more then I wanted for my car. That’s all good except one of my phone charging cables was missing from the package. This was additional money added to the price of the car so obviously I want what I was charged for. I reached out to the sales guy on his cell phone numerous times and I got crickets. He was unresponsive so I had to call the dealership to get an answer. The rep on the phone seemed annoyed and said I cut her off while I was only trying to explain and I felt she was cutting me off. Anyways, the bottom line is they won’t even send me the charger, I would have to go pick it up. I find that to be terribly inconvenient and I feel no one cares, I already bought the car so the service after signing the dotted line is not great. I love my new car but I haven’t had time to go back and pick up my missing cable and I’m disappointed. Quite frankly I don’t feel like going back there. I should get the cable sent to me as it was obviously stolen from the package as evidenced by an old used adapter left in the car. It’s not so much the cable but simply the principal. The unresponsive sales rep is first and the fact I have to go out of my way to go get the cable when it can just be sent to me.I guess keeping the customer happy after the sale is not a priority there. I have purchased both of my vehicles 2016 and 2022 RAV 4’s I also have both vehicles serviced at at their service department. Never had any issues with making appointments.
