Very efficient dealership compared to other Toyota locations I have been serviced at. First-timer at this location and services for an oil change. Went in for a 70K checkup, oil change, topoff, tire rotation, front brake pads and rotor resurface. Was quoted $100 cheaper at another Toyota dealership in town, and they matched it. Service was don rotation, front brake pads and rotor resurface. Was quoted $100 cheaper at another Toyota dealership in town, and they matched it. Service was done quick, maybe too quick. 2 things made this an average visit. They did not notice a very visible nail in my tire after doing brakes, and rotating. Nail was top center front driver side when parked for pickup. Had to get patched after picked it up. Also they notated that they filled my Window wash reservoir, but it was bone dry empty, didn't even have 1 spray left. Rather than return, I purchased and filled myself (this cost was included in the 70k service). Small details, but doesn't make me warm and fuzzy after paying over $300 and having a "multi-point" inspection and tire inspection. Also wanted $175 diagnostic fee to see about tightening a trim screw. Past dealers have always tightened loose fasteners or clips as part of the service. Ravon was very friendly, accommodating, and worked with matching my quote. Service technicians needed to spend a bit more time on details. More

I arrived early to my appointment and was greated promptly. They offered me options and guided us to the waiting room.
