After being a Loyal Toyota Customer for over 40 years. And Purchasing 4 New Vehicles and 1 used vehicle. The last 2 New Vehicles from Auto Nation On Thorton Road/Lithia Springs, Ga. We regret having Our And Purchasing 4 New Vehicles and 1 used vehicle. The last 2 New Vehicles from Auto Nation On Thorton Road/Lithia Springs, Ga. We regret having Our Platinum Warranty/oil change prepaid service contract with them. I seriously question My loyalty to the Toyota brand. The Sales staff is Dishonorable. Their Call Center has proven to be Incredibly Ineffectual. The last Service Advisor did not return several phone calls and failed to notify Me of an additional cost, that he had proceeded with, Without My Approval. And I was waiting at the location for 7 hours, for the repairs to be completed. Extremely,Frustrated and Disappointed with this Location. More

From my service experience, this is the worst dealership ever, I moved to the city sometimes late April 2023 and I've been to this delearship for oil change about 3 or 4 times since then, 'cuz I drive alot. ever, I moved to the city sometimes late April 2023 and I've been to this delearship for oil change about 3 or 4 times since then, 'cuz I drive alot. They DON'T DO MULTI-POINT inspection at all, I'm very honest here, I know they change the oil but I also can't guarantee if they actually change oil filter. I've complained multiple times about the multipoint inspection, which is the main reason I go to the delearship, they keep repeating the same thread figures for my tires since April 2023, I've been to Discount tires a few weeks ago and ordered new tires but I haven't got a chance to go fix 'em, but as at yesterday 08/08 Autonation Toyota said my tires are still perfect at 6/32" or greater🤣 when I know that I'm lower than 3/32", my Washer fluid is low, my coolant is low, other fluid are low. I specifically requested for the fluid to be checked and topped off but NOTHING at all was done. If part of your reason for going there is multipoint inspection, like myself, then DO NOT attempt it, you're better off paying half the price for oil change at Walmart and you would be in and out in less than 30mins. Even though they far out from where I live, I'm gone give Toyota Union city/Marietta a try. On top of all these mess, they raised their price. Pls go to any other delearship, this one ain't xxxx. Don't attempt to tell me to call no xxxx irresponsive manager that never returns call or anything. More
