My wife arrived at 11:20 as scheduled. Oil change and tire rotation. She left Thornton Rd. Toyota at 3:00. 2 hours 40 minutes. Not acceptable for scheduled service. I recently made an appointment for standard oil change and tire rotation. When I showed up early the service attendant noted that I had misread the date by one week. He took me in anyway and the service and tire rotation. When I showed up early the service attendant noted that I had misread the date by one week. Service people were courteous and service was completed in a reasonable length of time. However, they failed to reset the computer, so I am still getting the "Maintenance Required Soon" message every time in a reasonable length of time. However, they failed to reset the computer, so I am still getting the "Maintenance Required Soon" message every time I start the truck. I called and asked if I needed to come back in or if someone else like AutoZone could reset it. I was told someone would get back to me with that information. Still waiting for that call. More
