Jason Young made our buying experience one of the best new car buying experiences we have ever had. He truly earned his commission (if there was any left) by being our advocate and getting us the absolut new car buying experiences we have ever had. He truly earned his commission (if there was any left) by being our advocate and getting us the absolute best price anywhere in Northern Georgia on a new Toyota Prius. Service after the sale has been just as impressive. Jason continues to go above and beyond to ensure owning our Prius is a pleasurable experience. A few years ago we tried to purchase from Team Toyota, but it didn't happen because they were difficult to work with. This was prior to GM Mark Capozza taking over the dealership. The difference at Team Toyota now is truly 180 degrees from what it was then. I don't often endorse retail establishments or sales personnel, but when your experience was as good as ours, it's hard not to share with everyone you meet. In fact, I've talked so much about how great the experience was at Team Toyota, and specifically with Jason, at least 4 other people have purchased a new Toyota Prius from Jason based on my recommendation. I believe that speaks for itself in the job Jason will do to earn and keep your business! My hat's off to Jason Young, Mark Capozza, Heidi in service, and all the great folks at Team Toyota! More
In my personal experience involving several separate sales, it is certainly refreshing to meet a group of people, led by Mr. Capozza, who are dedicated to the satisfaction of the customer. I appreciate sales, it is certainly refreshing to meet a group of people, led by Mr. Capozza, who are dedicated to the satisfaction of the customer. I appreciate their integrity, their attention to detail and their willingness to "see the job through". I've never been dissatisfied in any of my dealings with this staff, sales, service and parts included. Given the chance by any consumer I believe they will work to create a lasting friendship as their dealership in all aspects of the auto business. Team Toyota is truly a remarkable, professional and trustworthy group of associates geared to maximum satisfaction of the consumer. More
On April 30, 2011, I purchased a new vehicle for my son. I initially contacted Mark Capozza, the general manager of the dealership, earlier in the week. I new exactly the model, color scheme and options my I initially contacted Mark Capozza, the general manager of the dealership, earlier in the week. I new exactly the model, color scheme and options my son wanted. Mark located the desired vehicle in Augusta, GA and arranged a dealer swap. Mark told me the price for the vehicle and provided me a copy of the invoice. He also gave me an estimate of the trade-in value of my son's existing vehicle. Even without a firm commitment from me, he sent someone to Augusta to pickup the vehicle. My son came home from college on Saturday and we drove to the dealership. The vehicle was already prepared for delivery. The used used car manager test drove my son's vehicle immediately. I was offered a very acceptable value for the trade-in; in fact, it was the value I hoped to get - the high end of the range I expected the value to fall within. Mark had Derrick McFerrien process the purchase paperwork. Derrick was very experienced and professional. He explained the vehicle's features thoroughly. Murhaf Harfoush handled the finaning. He answered my questions regarding maintenance programs and extended warranties thoroughly. There was no pressure to buy either and, in fact, I did not. My experience with Team Toyota Lithia Springs could not have been better. I got the vehicle I wanted at the price negotiated over the telephone. I was offered a very fair trade-in value for my son's existing vehicle; there was no attempt to improve the dealer's profits through offering me a low value for my trade-in. Everyone I dealt wth was straight-forward and professional. I highly recommend Mark and his team. More
I negotiated a sales price for a brand new vehicle and had it in writing; in addition, I was offering to pay the sales price advertised on the internet -- that price was a gimmick! I confirmed 2 days pri had it in writing; in addition, I was offering to pay the sales price advertised on the internet -- that price was a gimmick! I confirmed 2 days prior to arriving that the vehicle was still available and at that price. Then when we got there, it was available but not at the price we negotiated and they claimed they could only sell it at MSRP. I would never, ever buy a car from this place after this experience. I honestly don't know how they stay in business. They are crooks so BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! More
Was almost sold a new Toyota Highlander with "47" miles on it, but found out several days later that it was a demo model with 4,000 miles on it. The salesman didn't know-fair enough, but the lack of commu on it, but found out several days later that it was a demo model with 4,000 miles on it. The salesman didn't know-fair enough, but the lack of communication and organization at this dealership is apparent. Bought my new Highlander at Atlanta Toyota. The salesperson was wonderful and everyone at the dealership was very nice. More
I was given an excellent Internet price ($21,441) on a new 2009 V6 Rav4 by Cleo. I arrived at the dealership and was assured that the car I wanted could be delivered the next day, so I filled out all of t new 2009 V6 Rav4 by Cleo. I arrived at the dealership and was assured that the car I wanted could be delivered the next day, so I filled out all of the purchase and finance paperwork. The next day I was informed that the car they had sold me was gone, as the dealership that owned it had also sold it. They said they would do whatever they could to make sure I got a car. For the next four days the only time they communicated with me was when I called and left messages (repeatedly). Each time the comments are the same: "Well, because the end of the month just passed, there just aren't as many cars on the lots anymore. We really have to search to find the car you want." (Except most Toyota dealerships allow you to search the inventory in your region, and the Southeast Region has consistently shown 35-45 new 2009 V6 Rav4s available with exactly the same options as the one I originally "bought". In fact, several of them are less than 50 miles away. In addition, I checked the status of the car with the Vehicle Identification Number that was on my paperwork, and could see that it had, in fact, disappeared from the inventory. I fail to understand why *I* can find appropriate cars left and right, and yet they seem to be having lots of trouble doing so.) At one point the inventory manager, Lewis, said that he might be able to offer me a 2008 V6 Rav4 Sport instead, because it had been sitting on their lot for 300+ days. He promised to let me know about it the next morning. Of course, the next morning comes, and there is no information at all on this car. I have gotten no further information from them, the end of the month has passed, all of the incentives on the car are gone, and now I have to start my car search over from scratch. My wife is 39 weeks pregnant, and I wanted to buy a new car before she goes into labor, as my car is not suitable for children, as it is 18 years old, and lacks many of the safety features common on newer cars. (I actually had a discussion about *this very topic* while I was in the dealership with Leslie, as my wife is obviously pregnant, and was with me at the dealership. In fact, they made quite a big deal about the safety features of the car for children.) I'm ready, willing, and able to buy a new car, yet this dealer has fumbled every opportunity to actually sell me a car. More
I took my car in to be repaired due to the transmission slipping. I was told it was the computer system and it had to be reset. It still continue to slip so I took to another dealership. There were 2 mo slipping. I was told it was the computer system and it had to be reset. It still continue to slip so I took to another dealership. There were 2 motor mounts that were broken. I called back to get a refund of my money and no one called me back until 3 weeks later. This is the second bad experience I have had with them. I do not recommend anyone take their car to this dealership for service repairs. More
