I recently made an appointment for standard oil change and tire rotation. When I showed up early the service attendant noted that I had misread the date by one week. He took me in anyway and the service and tire rotation. When I showed up early the service attendant noted that I had misread the date by one week. Service people were courteous and service was completed in a reasonable length of time. However, they failed to reset the computer, so I am still getting the "Maintenance Required Soon" message every time in a reasonable length of time. However, they failed to reset the computer, so I am still getting the "Maintenance Required Soon" message every time I start the truck. I called and asked if I needed to come back in or if someone else like AutoZone could reset it. I was told someone would get back to me with that information. Still waiting for that call. More

AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road and Omar were wonderful to work with. Omar was very helpful and courteous to answer all the questions my husband and I had. We are out of state and Omar went out of his wa to work with. Omar was very helpful and courteous to answer all the questions my husband and I had. We are out of state and Omar went out of his way to do a video of the vehicle we were interested in. In the video Omar was gratuitous enough to walk around the vehicle and point out any imperfections such as scratches or dents so there would be no surprises. The vehicle was in great shape and we decided to purchase, being from a different state, Omar was able to walk us through the process, keep us in the loop and go out of his way to track down finance paperwork. He could of just ignored us but Omar was very professional and made us feel comfortable purchasing a vehicle from them. Omar has stayed with us even after the paperwork was completed and has continued to help support us with the transfer of the vehicle. I give Omar as well as AutoNation Toyota Thornton Rd five stars for the way they handled out of state buyers and their professionalism.
