I had an appointment on Monday 10/9/23 and requested a ride to work and was told the shuttle wasn’t available and I didn’t even have an advisor I have been coming to this delayer for 10 years. Clean service center Customer Service Represetative was personable, professional, informative, and listened to the customer. Dennard kept me informed about everything that had to be done with the car as w personable, professional, informative, and listened to the customer. Dennard kept me informed about everything that had to be done with the car as well as delays because of the arrival of parts. He also let me know his off day in case I called and could not get in touch with him. I returned the car for them to check on two of the issues of concern. I waited and was in and out in approximately 3 hours. I have not had any further issues. The Service Representative and the Service overall was Excellent instead of Very Good. More

I took the company truck to get an inspection and oil change. The technician and representative did a outstanding job troubleshooting my other concerns.
