Benel Valentin was my sales associate. He was wonderful, informative and understanding. I picked the 2022 Lexus ES 350. Great customer service. I did have a few minor issues with the 2016 Toyota RAV4...floor mats ill fitted (699 dealer charge they may discount but won't remove) and the key fo I did have a few minor issues with the 2016 Toyota RAV4...floor mats ill fitted (699 dealer charge they may discount but won't remove) and the key fob was faulty. I went back the next day (I took it home as a test drive the first evening) and spoke to my sales per, Air, and he got Dalya, customer relations manager, and they way beyond my expectations to get the problems resolved so I went ahead with the purchase. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
