Not only did the service take a lot longer than quoted, the technicians never put back the inside bottom panels of my dash back together after checking for recall repairs. They took off the little trash can I had on my center console and just tossed it on the back floor board and didn’t bother putting it back. To top it off, my car entered the dealership with the front grill attached and left without it. I’ve left messages, emails, calls, texts, you name it and haven’t heard back from anyone and it’s been over a week. Avoid this place at all costs. More

Chris Montalbano, the Service Advisor, is very professional, polite, and does the best he can. However, I've learned to "back check" the services performed when I get home. Was told it wasn't their fault & had to purchase a new one. As the fluid levels were low & a nail was in one tire, I had to return after another visit to have this corrected. If it wasn't to assure myself that the Toyota warranty would be honored by the dealer from whom the vehicle was purchased, I don't know that I'd have my Tacoma serviced at this facility. More
Jumped in car in the morning, battery dead, and it was about 800°F outside. Toyota service super busy with cars lined up to the street. "This will take 8 hours and ruin my day", I said. They got my car in fast, replaced battery under warranty, checked charging system, and got me back on the road quickly. More
