My oil change took 3-1/2 hours (excessive? !) and while it took Jessi (service manager) 2-1/2 hours to update me, he remained pleasant and compassionate. He also said he would alert the appropriate people about that that my hood was left unlatched-potentially dangerous. Oops! Thanks to Jesse, and his approach to my frustration, I’m sure I’ll go back again. I know things happen… we can all do better sometimes! More

I was just going to do some grocery shopping a warning light came on my dash. I did not do anything but drive straight to Toyota. Pulled in Anthony took care of me they got my car in that day and done wit light came on my dash. I did not do anything but drive straight to Toyota. I've taken in my RAV4 hybrid with just under 36,000 miles three times now because my MPG is around 32 vs. the 41/38 advertised. I will say the last time it seemed like they really tried and did not charge for the diagnostics. Barry Miller was very good to work with and good with communication. My disappointment is that no one after three tries and calling in master mechancis could find anything wrong. Current MPG reading is just under 31. Frustrating that they are not able to find why the car is not performing as advertised. If nothing else is done, I will sell the car for a hybrid that actually delivers closer to manufacturing claims. again, Barry was very good to work with , I'm just not happy they couldn't find anything wrong and apparently I bought a lemon. More
