Had a 15 minute wait in line of cars arriving for check in for 9 AM appointment. When I made the appointment the day before, the customer service person estimated the work would take an hour. He explained the cost of additional work needed and got my decision before proceeding. I had questions checking out. The cashier got clarification from the advisor and provided a price reduction.
